Vill du vara med och stötta Sveriges installatörer i energiomställningen?

Stakk AB växer snabbt och söker nu en teknisk supportmedarbetare till vårt team i centrala Stockholm.

Vi arbetar med några av marknadens ledande produkter inom elbilsladdning, energilagring, solpaneler och värmepumpar och hjälper installatörer över hela Sverige att lyckas med sina projekt.

Om rollen

I rollen som Technical Support & Trainer är du en nyckelperson mellan våra leverantörer, installatörer och slutkunder.

Du kommer att:

  • Hjälpa installatörer i fält med teknisk rådgivning och felsökning
  • Utföra driftsättning, tester och produktverifiering
  • Hålla utbildningar och webbinarier för installatörer och partners
  • Vara länken mellan Stakks teknikteam och kundens behov
  • Skriva guider, instruktioner och teknisk dokumentation

Vem är du?

Vi tror att du har en teknisk bakgrund inom el, energi eller installation och trivs i en roll där du får hjälpa andra att lyckas. Du är lösningsorienterad, noggrann och uppskattar variation i arbetet med både kontorsdagar och fältarbete.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av elbilsladdning, solceller, batterier eller värmepumpar
  • Grundläggande förståelse för el och kommunikationsteknik
  • Förmåga att uttrycka dig tydligt på svenska och engelska
  • Ett pedagogiskt förhållningssätt och stort teknikintresse
