That is why we are currently searching for an Operations Agent to join the German Operations team.

What You Will Be Doing
As an Operations Agent you will be part of a team that performs customer service that is second to none. In Operations we always try to find new ways to increase customer satisfaction, engagement and our customer base. The role entails participating in and providing general customer service, credit assessments, AML & Fraud reviews and more. Your job will be to help customers to a better personal financial situation where you will analyse and evaluate complicated credit applications and make decisions based on our credit policy. You also have a great deal of personal responsibility to assess who is suitable to refinance loans or not. Furthermore, you will work directly with our customers in various channels.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in English and of course German (we know but you would be surprised how many people there are that don't believe that would be a necessity…)
  • You are passionate about explaining how things fit together, high and low
  • You are a flexible person, happy to step in and stand up for the team
  • Communicative, you know the meaning of providing clear service in both writing and speech.

It's a merit if you; Have worked with customer service before, Have experience from AML, credit assessments or Fraud before or, Have worked with customer success/sales.
