That is why we are currently searching for an Operations agent - Full time.
What you will be doing
Being an Operations Agent - Full time at our company makes you the core in our operation. Your mission focuses on two major areas: 1) Analyzing and evaluating more complicated customer applications to deliver suitable offers. 2) Handling communication with customers via email, phone, chat and social media.
We are truly passionate about being on the customers side and creating an outstanding customer experience. As a part of our tightly knit team you will impact the customer and the success of the company on a daily basis.
- Providing clear and concise service, both in the written and spoken word.
- Analyzing and dissecting credit applications, all while sticking to our credit policies.
- Always look for improvements for our processes and our customer care - all in order to take our game to the next level.
- In addition to customer service and credit application handling, the role includes administrative duties such as ensuring AML and KFM compliance equally important to our business.
Who you are
We would love it if you:
- Have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Are keen to learn and improve how we work everyday.
- Are self-motivated, fearless and spread a positive atmosphere around you.
- Have experience in credit risk assessment, regulatory compliance, customer service or sales
- Are willing to work 40 hours/week.

Work Hours: You'll work a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, except for one week each month when the hours are 9:00 to 18:00.
