Are you passionate about building high-performing teams within the world of ecommerce and retail? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Director with deep industry experience and an exceptional network among strong consumer brands to help us attract, grow, and retain exceptional talent.

About the Role

As our Talent Acquisition & HR Director, you will play a critical role in scaling our organization while ensuring we remain a workplace where people thrive. You will lead the strategy and execution across recruitment, employer branding, talent management, and HR operations. This is a hands-on and strategic position where you balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on attracting top talent across functions.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to position us as a top destination for talent.
  • Build and oversee HR processes, policies, and compliance aligned with Swedish labor law.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
  • Drive initiatives for performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and team members on HR matters, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the company.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including leadership roles in talent acquisition and HR strategy from ecommerce or retail brands and preferably strong design-led consumer brands
  • Proven network and track record of scaling teams in a fast-growing ecommerce or retail organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • A strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a genuine passion for people.
  • Experience in employer branding and building inclusive workplaces is a strong plus.
