Om rollen

Som Senior Talent Acquisition Partner blir du en strategisk och operativ partner till verksamheten.

Du kommer att:

  • Driva hela rekryteringsprocessen och arbeta med olika typer av roller, från specialister till ledande befattningar.
  • Fungera som rådgivare till chefer och HR.
  • Säkerställa en professionell kandidatupplevelse och bygga långsiktiga relationer.
  • Bidra till utveckling av rekryteringsstrategier, processer och employer branding.
  • Hantera och optimera rekryteringsverktyg och digitala plattformar.
  • Delta i projekt kopplade till kompetensförsörjning och talangstrategi.

Vi söker dig som

  • Har flera års erfarenhet som Talent Acquisition Partner (krav).
  • Är van att arbeta självständigt och driva rekrytering i komplexa organisationer.
  • Har ett genuint engagemang för att utveckla rekrytering och skapa värde för både verksamhet och kandidater.
  • Är trygg i att utmana och ge råd, men gör det med ödmjukhet och professionalism.
  • Bidrar till en positiv arbetsmiljö, du är glad, social och prestigelös.
  • Har erfarenhet av moderna rekryterings- och testverktyg.

Meriterande: Erfarenhet av Alva Labs, Teamtailor, säkerhetsintervjuer
