CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

Your Role

You'll be the primary point of contact for our online shoppers across the world. Answering product questions, supporting logistics and payment inquiries, and guiding customers throughout their purchase journey. You'll work closely with our Operations and Logistics team and collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless brand experience.

You will:

  • Handle diverse customer inquiries related to products, deliveries, and orders in both Swedish and English

  • Issue credits, manage returns, and coordinate with our 3PL warehouse

  • Assist with handling incoming B2B orders and product data sheet request

  • Serve as occasional backup for our on-site Flagship Showroom Store

This is a fast-paced and international role where every interaction contributes to exceptional brand perception and measurable business impact.

Who You Are

You're passionate about supporting customers and curious about what makes a premium brand thrive behind the scenes. You love solving problems, refining processes, and exceeding expectations.

We believe you:

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English

  • Are structured, independent, and energized by taking ownership in your various responsibilities

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with digital tools

Previous experience in customer service is a strong advantage, but curiosity and a genuine drive to learn are just as important. Personal qualities will play a key role in our selection.

What We Offer

A full-time role based at our Head Office in central Stockholm, together with a dedicated team of co-workers.

We'll provide thorough onboarding to our systems and brand, setting you up to succeed as you elevate Elodie Details' customer experience.
