As a Customer Service Representative , you will play a key role in supporting Goodyear's clients across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland . You'll serve as the primary contact for retailers and car channel partners, delivering exceptional service through accurate order management, product guidance, and efficient issue resolution.

Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and Goodyear's continued success as a trusted leader in the mobility and automotive sector.

What You'll Do
  • Provide accurate product information, guidance, and recommendations via phone and email, tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Manage orders, process complaints, and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support planning and scheduling activities, ensuring on-time deliveries and service excellence.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and training program to develop the knowledge and skills needed for success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to improve communication flow and enhance overall customer experience.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical , organizational , and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, and English (spoken and written) is required; additional Nordic languages are a strong plus.
