Do you want to help ensure that Red Bull's premium products are delivered with the highest quality and efficiency? We are now looking for a driven and structured Logistics and Customer Service Manager

In this role, you will oversee the entire Supply Chain - from service partners to end customers - managing resources including the local Logistics & Customer Service team, optimizing capacities, and ensuring full visibility and traceability across all distribution processes.

You'll ensure that every step of the process reflects Red Bull's premium quality, while staying compliant with local regulations on food safety, consumer protection, and any other relevant regulation for the Red Bull business. You'll pro-actively engage key customers, in conjunction with the Sales organization, to maintain required knowledge of customer's practices, needs and strategies as they relate to customer ordering processes, stock levels in the trade and/or customer profitability management.

Your mission will also include standardizing and optimizing processes in line with global standards, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and adaptability to meet evolving business needs. And most importantly, you'll lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Logistics & Customer Service team, creating a culture of excellence and teamwork.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
ORDER TO CASH PROCESS FOR FINISHED GOODS & VISIBILITY ITEMS
Control and develop procedures in terms of managing orders, credit notes, penalties and trade allowance. Optimize the process through standardization and automatization of related workflows within SAP or other IT tools. Maximize customer fulfillment. Never Out of Stocks.

LOGISTICS & QUALITY RELATED ACTIVITIES
3PL Management and keep in permanent contact with all service providers in terms of SLA's, contractual obligations and KPI's. Alignment with Purchasing for supplier compliance. Responsible for budget planning, efficient use of the budget and monitoring costs related to the activities for the downstream supply chain. Implement cost saving programs together with the Procurement Specialist and National Operations Manager. Initiative, prepare and manage logistics tenders and benchmark activities in collaboration with the Procurement Specialist. Ensure and retain the right balance between service levels of Red Bull partners and related costs incurred. Ensure accuracy of stocks and product age with regular stock reconciliations. Responsible for Pallet management. Overall support in addressing new requirements related to quality certificates / audits. Ensure compliance to the Red Bull quality standards for all POS/VISIT and finished products (temperatures, humidity, warning & blocking guidelines, ….) Coordinate complaint management as per Red Bull HQ Quality guidelines.

PROCESSES, SYSTEMS & PROJECTS
Make sure to deliver month-end / Year-end processing. Support in providing required documentation and reporting during Internal and External Audits (Inventories, Orders, Invoices, …). Maintain Systems and Database integrity. Document and updated of local processes. Usage of standard reporting. Recommend improvements in current reporting. Standardize local specific reporting. Recommend improvement based on the reporting. Run improvements projects such as EDI implementations and order automation. Apply professional Project management.

TEAM MANAGEMENT
Direct management of the day to day running of the logistic and customer service team, dealing with any logistics and customer service queries in a timely and professional manner. Ensure that Customer Service organization is in line with objectives, propose and implement changes. General administration of the team through team leadership and being able as well to stand in for all team roles if required. Set up of target setting and review of performance. Create a team spirit and a positive working atmosphere. Ensure proper development plans for all the team members and nurture for succession preparation.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields, with proven leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the logistics market and experience managing logistics providers.
  • Self-motivated leader with the ability to drive team performance and foster individual growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and project management skills, balancing a big-picture perspective with attention to detail.
  • Process-oriented and experienced in change management and continuous improvement projects.
  • Strong team player with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Solution-focused, quality-driven, and service-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proven analytical skills, capable of delivering valuable insights from multiple data sources.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Access, SAP R/3, SAP APO, and BI is a plus.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English & Swedish.
