Role description

Build robust data pipelines for vehicle fleets, telemetry, and verification. Work spans from log and sensor data to cloud-based data products for analytics and machine learning, with strong focus on safety, quality, and reliability. Full-time assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Ingest, normalize, and store CAN/J1939 logs and telemetry.
  • Build scalable Spark/Databricks pipelines for batch and streaming.
  • Model data for analysis, troubleshooting, and function verification.
  • Implement observability and cost control across cloud/on-prem setups.
  • Collaborate with embedded, test, and data science teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in data engineering, preferably with sensor/IoT data.
  • Proficiency with Spark/Databricks, Python, SQL, and Delta Lake or equivalent.
  • Experience with Kafka, object storage, and orchestration tools (Airflow/ADF).
  • Basic understanding of automotive protocols and test data flows.
  • CI/CD and version control.

Meriting

  • Knowledge of HIL/SIL data, diagnostics (UDS), and time-series databases.
  • Experience with ISO 26262 or Automotive SPICE processes.
  • ML pipeline support and feature engineering for predictive maintenance.
