Data Engineer - Stockholm - SaaS

About:

We're partnering with an innovative tech company that's redefining how global brands engage with customers online. They're growing fast and investing heavily in their data capabilities, building a world-class platform that powers smarter decisions, better products, and faster innovation.

We're now looking for a Data Engineer to help take their data ecosystem to the next level. You'll play a key role in designing scalable architecture, building reliable pipelines, and enabling analytics and insights across the business.

The Role:

  • Design, build, and scale modern data infrastructure within the GCP ecosystem
  • Create and maintain reliable ELT workflows using Dataform or dbt, SQL, and Python
  • Play an active role in shaping data architecture, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Work closely with analysts, engineers, and product teams to translate data into actionable insights

What we're looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of Python/SQL
  • Experienced with GCP data technologies (BigQuery, Dataflow, Airflow, Pub/Sub, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to build, optimise, and maintain large-scale data pipelines
  • Working knowledge of ELT/ETL frameworks like Dataform or dbt
  • A solid foundation in software engineering principles - version control, testing, CI/CD
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar experience
