As we double our Go-to-Market team, we're looking for a
Senior Enablement
Program Manager
to usher in the next era of enablement at Legora.
This is a
foundational role
: you'll own the product enablement strategy for our global growth team, turning GTM strategy into repeatable programs that ramp reps faster, sharpen execution, and scale globally.
What You'll Do
Build Programs That Move the Needle
- Develop and run a best-in-class enablement program that drives measurable impact across all four tiers of the Kirkpatrick model—regularly reporting KPIs to Growth Leadership as part of organizational OKRs.
- Serve as the Growth org's sage on Legora's product strategy, ensuring they understand how new capabilities reinforce our position as the industry leader in legal AI.
Own New Hire Product Onboarding
- Design, deliver, and certify product-focused onboarding programs that ramp new hires with speed and depth.
- Ensure every new rep can confidently build and deliver compelling demos that position Legora as the world's foremost platform for legal transformation.
Lead Enablement for Product Releases
- Architect the strategy for product-release enablement—from early scoping to post-launch OKR reporting—driving alignment across Product Management, Product Marketing, Pre-sales, Post-sales, and Revenue Operations.
- Own the "everboarding" strategy as Legora's product evolves, ensuring customer-facing teams stay fluent, confident, and ahead of the market.
Collaborate, Influence, and Report
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Customer Success, Legal Engineering, and Rev Ops to translate product strategy into clear, actionable field readiness.
- Regularly report on program performance, delivering actionable insights grounded in hard, defensible data across all four tiers of the Kirkpatrick model.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Programs, or Rev Ops at high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Quota-carrying sales experience is a strong plus.
- A builder with instructional design instincts—you know how to create and certify programs that scale.
- Executive presence and high EQ: equally credible with CROs and front-line sellers.
- Skilled at translating GTM strategy into programs that drive measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on, scrappy, and comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity.
