About us:

About the role:
As Co-founder CTO, you will lead the technical development, build on our existing product, and drive future technical decisions. You will be a key member of the founding team, steering development, strategy, and product towards scaling. The role requires hands-on development initially and the ability to build and lead a team going forward.

You will:

- Lead technical development and architectural decisions

- Work closely with the founding team to shape product strategy and roadmap

- Own the technical side in pitches, partnerships, and upcoming funding rounds

- Build structures for scalability, reliability, and security from day one

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience as a technical founder or CTO in a startup

- Is comfortable developing production-ready solutions and improving existing systems

- Can work broadly across infrastructure, backend, and frontend as needed

- Is entrepreneurial and wants to build a company long-term

- Can turn ideas and user insights into rapid, high-quality product iterations
