Our mission is to connect capital with innovation, and to support exceptional founders building the next generation of category-defining companies.

We are expanding our reach or network and looking for a Venture Partner to help us identify promising startups, engage with investors, and support our growing portfolio. This role is ideal for an experienced investor, operator, or entrepreneur who wants to stay close to early-stage venture activity while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Role Overview
The Venture Partner role is a high-trust, entrepreneurial, and flexible engagement ideal for experienced founders, operators, or angels who want to stay close to the startup and investment ecosystem. Venture Partners will source deals, support investment evaluation, and optionally lead syndicates or SPVs.

You will play a key role in growing our deal flow and strengthening our community of founders and investors.

Key Responsibilities
Deal Sourcing: Leverage your network to identify and refer high-quality startups aligned with our investment thesis.

Diligence: Collaborate with our investment team and members to evaluate companies, including market sizing, product, traction, and team.

Syndicate Support: Champion deals, assist with investment memos, and support investor engagement across the network.

Founder Support: Serve as a strategic resource and advisor to founders pre- and post-investment.

Community Engagement: Represent the network at industry events, demo days, or within your domain or geography.

Investor engagement: Help attract new investors to the network through your relationships.

Who You Are
A seasoned entrepreneur, startup operator, or angel investor with strong instincts for early-stage investing.

Deeply networked in a specific industry, vertical, or region.

Passionate about startups, innovation, and supporting founders.

Strong personal network of founders, investors, and/or domain experts.

Able to work independently with a collaborative mindset.

Familiar with the venture funding process and early-stage ecosystems.

Preferred (but Not Required
)

Prior experience in venture investing, angel syndicates, or family office deal evaluation.

Domain expertise in key areas (e.g., SaaS, fintech, healthcare, deep tech, climate etc).

Geographic specialization (e.g., North America, Europe, MENA, LATAM, Southeast Asia).

Compensation
This is a carry-based and performance-aligned role, designed to reward impact and contribution:

Carry participation in deals sourced or supported

Co-investment access in network deals

Deal leadership incentives (if leading SPVs or syndicates)

Opportunity for deeper engagement with the platform over time

Compensation structure can be tailored based on your level of involvement.
