We're Searching for a Technical Co-Founder / AI Engineer (Stockholm, Sweden)

We're building something big — a new HR-tech venture aiming to reshape how an entire industry operates. We're already moving fast, and now we're looking for a
Technical Co-Founder
to join the founding team and help take us from early traction to global scale.

This is
not
a traditional engineering role. You will define the technical vision, build the core product, and influence every major decision — from architecture to AI
integration
to future team growth.

Your Role


• Own the technical roadmap & system architecture


• Build and scale the core product from the ground up


• Evaluate & integrate generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, agentic workflows)


• Establish engineering best practices (CI/CD,
observability
, IaC, cloud)


• Partner closely with product, design, and business founders


• Represent technology in partner, customer, and investor discussions


• Recruit, hire & mentor engineers as the team grows


Must-Have Experience


• Security, compliance & data privacy (GDPR, DevSecOps)


• Hands-on generative AI / LLM / prompt engineering expertise


• Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) + Infrastructure as Code


• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically


• Proven experience building scalable, complex systems


• Curiosity, resilience & a builder's mindset


Nice to Have


• Event-driven architectures, vector/graph/relational DBs


• Understanding of the EU AI Act


• Exposure to fundraising or investor conversations


• Experience growing engineering teams


• Previous startup or founding experience
