The Role — Marketing & Events Co-Founder

We are seeking a visionary and emotionally intelligent Co-Founder / Director of Marketing & Events to lead all public-facing operations of MÅNELLA.

This is not a traditional job — it is an invitation to co-create a modern luxury brand from the ground up. You will build and manage the brand's external world: storytelling, visibility, and community — across digital media, influencer collaborations, and in-person events. Your leadership will shape how MÅNELLA is perceived, felt, and experienced globally. Compensation: This is an unpaid co-founder position during the pre-launch phase. Upon launch, you will receive 15% of the net profit share, with the potential for long-term equity consideration after the first year.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Communication & Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with MÅNELLA's vision and creative direction.
• Create and manage campaign concepts, content calendars, and social media storytelling.
• Craft messaging that captures the brand's tone — elegant, poetic, and soulful.
• Coordinate marketing materials, PR releases, and influencer collaborations.
• Collaborate with Founder to ensure coherence between brand voice, imagery, and experience.

Event Planning & Experiential Marketing

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of
  MÅNELLA events
  — from launch soirées to intimate talks in partnership with femtech, healthtech, and wellness communities.
• Manage event logistics, guest lists, and brand partnerships.
• Ensure every event feels like an extension of MÅNELLA's world — refined, emotional, sensory, and beautifully curated.

Influencer, Media & Partnership Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, editors, and collaborators in fashion, wellness, and tech spaces.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships aligned with the brand's aesthetic and mission.
• Manage PR giftings, influencer communications, and follow-ups to ensure meaningful brand placement.

Social Media & Content Leadership

• Oversee all MÅNELLA social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
• Manage content creation, scheduling, and visual direction.
• Guide interns or freelancers to execute on-brand visuals and copy.
• Analyze content performance and refine strategies for growth and engagement.

Team Management & Collaboration

• Recruit, onboard, and manage interns for marketing, PR, or event roles.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and agencies to maintain brand consistency.
• Work directly with the Founder to align creative and operational priorities.

Performance, Growth & Profitability

• Track engagement metrics, audience growth, and event ROI.
• Present monthly updates on marketing performance and strategic outcomes.
• Optimize communication strategy for visibility and conversion after launch.
