Vill du vara med och skapa värde för svenska kunder i en globalt ledande organisation? NCAB Group är specialister på Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) och finns i 19 länder med över 650 medarbetare. Nu söker vi en Account Manager till vårt team i Sundbyberg.
Rollen
Som Account Manager blir du en viktig kontaktpunkt för våra kunder i Sverige. Du arbetar nära en Key Account Manager och ser till att våra kunder får en smidig och proaktiv service. Det handlar om mer än orderhantering. Du bygger relationer, hittar lösningar och bidrar till affärsutveckling.
I ditt ansvar ingår att:
- Vara kundernas huvudsakliga kontaktperson
- Hantera offerter, beställningar och leveransuppföljning
- Samarbeta med fabriker och tekniska team för hög kvalitet
- Utveckla befintliga kunder och identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter
- Delta på kundbesök och branschevent
Din profil
Vi ser att du är serviceinriktad, strukturerad och trivs i en affärsnära roll. Du är van vid att ha direktkontakt med kunder och gillar att ta initiativ.
Vi söker dig som har:
- 2-3 års erfarenhet som account manager eller kundservice
- Goda kommunikationsfärdigheter på svenska och engelska
- Vana av Office-paketet och arbete i affärssystem
- Ett lösningsorienterat och relationsbyggande arbetssätt
- Teknisk bakgrund är meriterande
