Product Owner

NCAB is a leading global PCB supplier founded in 1993, currently 600 persons working together in 15 companies all around the world.

To support the journey to build and maintain a modern and well functioned workplace we are looking for a Product Owner – Modern Workplace, who is passionate and wants to take responsibility in development and adoption of the MS365 product family, with the aim of improving employee satisfaction.

You will be an important part of NCAB's transformation journey as this is a brand new role

As product owner for Modern Workplace, you will be responsible to lead strategy and roadmap development for the area and securing continuous improvements from a user perspective creating a global platform supporting great communication and collaboration across locations and platforms. You will also be responsible for setting the agenda and driving the implementation, interacting with business executives as well as users.

What you will do

• Be responsible from idea to adoption
• Develop and maintain the roadmap for Modern Workplace
• Close collaboration with our suppliers/partners to secure quality of services. 
• Responsible for continuously service improvement
• Keeping track of product/tech development and drive changes that enable user and business value
• Define usage policies and guidelines for the area

The role is based in the headquarter in Stockholm (Sundbyberg). Hybrid work is possible, depending on the needs and tasks.

We are looking for an engaged and driven person with solid experience within the MS365 suite. 

You have:

• Experience in working with MS365 products and MS365 Security
• Ability to network and manage stakeholders in a global organization
• Understanding of Infrastructure technology
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
