Sales Representative – Sweden (Skåne & Blekinge)

About the Role

We are looking for an independent and entrepreneurial professional who wants to drive sales growth and strengthen our market position in Southern Sweden.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop relationships with car and tyre dealership customers in your region.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers, ensuring excellent service and support.
  • Ensure that Goodyear tyres are available, promoted, and recommended by dealers in your area.
  • Provide dealers with the knowledge and confidence needed to effectively sell Goodyear products.
  • Report to the Head of Sales for Sweden and Finland, while working as part of the Nordic organization, where English is the working language.
  • Travel frequently within Sweden (several days per week) and occasionally abroad.
  • Ideally be based in Skåne or Blekinge.

To Join Our Team You Will Need:

  • A flexible, entrepreneurial mindset and strong ambition to grow sales and market share.
  • Proven B2B sales experience with the ability to build and develop customer relationships.
  • Experience in the automotive or tyre industry is an advantage.
  • A commercial or sales-related education is a plus.
  • A team-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and enjoy dynamic, field-based work.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
