What's exciting about the role

As an Inside Sales Representative - SMB, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Verifone's growth by selling our products, systems, and services to customers within an assigned territory or account base. You'll manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing through proactive phone and digital engagement.

This is a high-impact, target-driven role where success depends on your ability to understand customer needs, communicate value, and consistently deliver results. You'll maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reports, stay informed on industry trends, and ensure our customers receive world-class service.

You'll be part of a dynamic 14-person team, owning your SMB sales pipeline, identifying opportunities, tailoring solutions, and driving revenue growth - all primarily through outbound sales activities.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Conduct inside sales and contract renewal activities, closing service transactions over the phone.
  • Design, manage, and administer the inside/contract renewal sales incentive plan.
  • Train, mentor, and coach inside/contract renewal sales representatives.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Verifone's products, systems, and services.
  • Prioritize and allocate resources to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the field sales organization to deliver effective sales support.
  • Partner with inside and contract renewal sales teams to develop and strengthen channel partnerships.
Skills and Experience You'll Need
  • Proven sales experience with a strong record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Fluent in Swedish & English language, written and spoken
  • Proactive, results-driven, and motivated by success.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
