What we do

Expense management is for many a must and not a want, that is why we partner with the leading software and financial institutes to eliminate the pain of dealing with expenses.

The role 
As our CFO, you will be a key member of the leadership team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for scaling our financial function and leading our financial strategy - driving long-term stability and making data-driven decisions. You will oversee everything from planning and forecasting to financial control.

In this role, you will also be partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive sustainable growth, efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities 

Own the company's financial strategy, forecasting, and budgeting processes, as well as the closing processes.

Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning.

Provide financial leadership and monitoring SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV etc.)

Ensure robust internal systems and controls to support operational efficiency and scalability.

Prepare and present financial results to the Board of Directors 

Lead and mentor a small but skilled finance team consisting of one Financial Accountant

Qualifications 

Proven CFO experience at a high-growth SaaS or tech company.

Deep understanding of SaaS business models, unit economics, and subscription metrics.

 Extensive accounting knowledge, both regarding daily operations, group eliminations, and transfer pricing.

Strong leadership, strategic business thinking, and communication skills.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

Fluent in English and Swedish
