We are looking for a hands-on and forward-thinking CFO to join our management team. This key role is focused on ensuring that the company's financial operations run efficiently and reliably, while supporting the business with accurate reporting, robust processes, and a high-performing finance team. The ideal candidate thrives in operational work and is eager to make a real impact across the entire business.

As CFO, you'll collaborate closely with all departments and play a central role in driving our growth. You will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of the company's finances and take a hands-on role in daily operations, including accounting, audits, financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting decision-making with detailed analysis.

The role also includes building and developing the finance team, implementing robust processes and controls, and leading change initiatives, including transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop financial work together with the management team
• Report to and have close dialog with owners and management, regarding financial performance and insights
• Oversee and continuously improve financial processes, routines, and controls
• Drive the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and follow-up
• Manage accounting, payments, and audits
• Conduct financial analyses to support data-driven decision making
• Oversee procurement and cash flow management
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and authorities
• Manage treasury operations and ensure sound financial risk management

We offer a permanent position. Desired start date to be agreed upon. You will report to our CEO and be welcomed to our office in Stadshagen, Kungsholmen.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Several years of finance experience in larger and dynamic organizations, with a proven track record as a leader, managing multiple stakeholders, and fostering collaboration.
• Proven experience managing finance in high-volume, customer-focused businesses, ideally in retail or similar sectors.
• Hands-on operational finance experience, including accounting, audits, financial controlling, cash flow, and day-to-day financial operations
• Experience building and developing finance teams, implementing process and controls, and leading change initiative and transformation projects.
• Experience with joint ventures is an advantage.
• A collaborative and engaging leadership style, with a focus on team development and effective cross-functional cooperation ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Fluent in both English and Swedish.
