Venture Capital firm

with hands-on operational support — building companies from the ground up. With around 10 portfolio holdings and plans to expand by 2–3 new investments per year, the firm is entering an exciting growth phase.

The
CFO
will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial structure, driving transparency, and supporting the financial success of both the parent company and its ventures.

The Role

As
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
, you'll oversee all financial operations across the investment structure, parent company, and portfolio ventures. You'll work closely with founders, the investment team, and external partners to build robust financial systems and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead accounting, budgeting, and capital planning across the group and portfolio companies
  • Deliver financial reporting for the parent company, funds, and new ventures
  • Drive internal financial management and performance tracking
  • Develop KPI frameworks and portfolio-level reporting tools
  • Provide analysis and decision support for investments, exits, and due diligence
  • Collaborate with auditors, lawyers, investors, and external advisors

What You'll Bring

Must Have:

  • Deep understanding of
    investments, accounting, and financial analysis
  • Experience working closely with a CFO or in a senior finance role within
    VC, PE, startup, or scaleup
  • Strong ability to
    build controlling and reporting structures from scratch
  • Academic background in
    finance or economics

Nice to Have:
