About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Director to lead our key accounts across Europe, focusing on driving commercial success and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Collinson's strategic client relationships, including key payment networks.
- Drive revenue growth through effective account management, business development, and negotiation.
- Work with key stakeholders across multiple sectors to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with clients, aligning commercial and operational strategies to drive growth.
- Business Development & Market Expertise: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and incremental growth within existing accounts, leveraging your strong knowledge of the European market, banking, and financial services.
- Client Engagement: Lead regular business reviews, ensuring alignment between regional and global teams, while managing complex contractual agreements and negotiations.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the regional account team and collaborate with global commercial stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Financial Management: Monitor client revenues, profitability, and contractual compliance, negotiating pricing strategies and ensuring financial growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in account management and business development, particularly within the banking, financial services, and loyalty sectors.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align client needs with Collinson's business objectives and leverage entrepreneurial networks to drive new business.
- Leadership & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong commercial mindset, able to negotiate complex deals and drive business growth.
- Problem Solving & Crisis Management: Excellent at navigating challenges and resolving client issues to maintain strong relationships.
- Communication: Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Location & Compensation:
- Location: Based in Denmark, Sweden, or Germany, with travel required across Europe.
- Compensation: Competitive day rate (negotiable based on experience).
