Career Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Account Director to lead and grow our key accounts across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with our strategic clients, focusing on driving revenue growth through effective account management and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account management plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple sectors, including Financial Services, Travel, and Retail.
  • Collaborate with global commercial stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Lead regular business reviews to ensure alignment between regional and global teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in account management and business development, particularly within the banking, financial services, and loyalty sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align client needs with Collinson's business objectives.
  • Leadership skills with a strong commercial mindset, able to negotiate complex deals and drive business growth.
