Drive Commercial Success with Collinson

As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing our most significant accounts, ensuring that we continue to exceed client expectations and deliver outstanding results. You will:
- Lead and Develop: Oversee key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic guidance that aligns with their business objectives and Collinson's offerings.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive cross-selling of Collinson's diverse portfolio of solutions.
- Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead high-stakes negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and outcomes that align with both client needs and Collinson's goals.
- Crisis Management: Proactively manage and resolve any issues or challenges, leveraging your experience in crisis management to maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and support the development of innovative solutions that meet client needs.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Extensive experience in account management and business development, with a successful track record of driving growth in the Financial Services or Loyalty sectors.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align client needs with Collinson's business objectives.
- Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of deal structuring, negotiations, and financial analysis.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional crisis management skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and turn them into opportunities.
- Education: An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable, along with a strong foundation in economics, statistics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
