Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Commercial Officer to join our team at Jonas Software UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and revenue expansion across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, alliances, and mergers and acquisitions
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement business strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and revenue expansion in a scale-up environment
  • Experience of working in a mixed software and consulting environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead change and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
