CCO, Chief Commercial Officer, Easit Sweden
Easit AB is a Swedish software company with first-class consulting within system and business development. With in-house developed products for Enterprise Service Management and Data Management, we deliver powerful solutions to large companies and businesses for both the private and public sector.We’re situated in Sundsvall & Stockholm, in Sweden, and have appr. 75 employees.
We are seeking a passionated, systematic and hands-on commercial officer who will be responsiblefor the team that is developing and leading all commercial activities of the business.
POSITION:
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CCO is responsible for both the performance and strategy of the business. The CCO is leading the sales & marketing team and will also be hands on as a specialist sales, business developer and/or a commercial product manager.
The roleis responsible for identifying and delivering new revenue opportunities in our chosen markets, Sweden and Europe; growing revenue from the existing client base; creating a sustainable strategy for future growth; controlling customer retenion and delivering accurate revenue projections.The CCOwill foster strong working relationships and lines of communication between all teams across the business.
The successful candidate will be highly independent, entrepreneurial and incredibly driven by achieving successusing a structured andmethodical approach.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Growth:
Market Analysis: Keeping ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry development.
Business Development:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This may include partnerships, alliances, mergers, or acquisitions that align with the company's overall commercial objectives.
Revenue Generation:Achieving revenue targets and maximizing profitability. This involves pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and identifying new revenue streams.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): CCOs play a crucial role in managing and enhancing customer relationships. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, as well as addressing customer feedback and concerns.
Hands on approach: Besides driving the team the CCO will work partly as a specialist sales, business developer or a commercial product manager.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrable experience of delivering above average revenue growth and expansion in a scale up environment
Demonstrable experience of working in a mixed software/consulting environment
Experience of revenue recognition
Competent user of data analytics to validate decisions andstrategy
Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead change and take others with you, while not being afraid to make bolddecisions.
Exemplary interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience in a fast-paced technical environment where change is the norm.
