Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a global, diverse team with varied experiences.
  • Drive market analysis and research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, uncovering potential growth opportunities.
  • Develop and support the implementation of strategic plans to enter new markets or expand existing ones.
  • Lead digital development initiatives within SSAB Special Steels, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation, enhancing sales efficiency and customer experience.
  • Deliver training sessions, primarily to the sales team.
