About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Development Manager to join our team at Space Matrix Design. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts in the region, acquiring new clients, and managing sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  4. Manage sales pipelines and forecast new bookings to meet business targets.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, materials, and resources.

Requirements

  1. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  2. Strong understanding of the interior design industry and the sales process.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
