We're seeking an accomplished Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Executive focused on driving growth across the Nordics. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for technology to drive business growth and contribute to the success of a fast-growing startup.

As an Account Executive at Velory, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, collaborating with the team to optimize sales processes, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with the team to optimize sales processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  5. Report sales performance to senior management and share customer insights with product teams.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in similar roles within the IT or software industry (e.g., Account Executive, Business Development Manager, Account Manager).
  • Proven experience in SaaS B2B sales.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT/technology sales (hardware, software, and services).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and also Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
  • Experience in consultative sales.
