About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Senior Specialist to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our global talent management agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement Global Talent Management Processes: Develop and execute strategic HR processes and tools to drive business results and support our mission to create an inclusive and innovative work environment.
  2. Develop and Execute a Long-Term Global Talent Management Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify current and future talent needs, including skill requirements, talent gaps, and succession planning.
  3. Support Talent Identification and Attraction: Proactively identify and attract top talent, ensuring diverse representation and readiness for key roles.
  4. Coordinate Talent Pipelines and Succession Planning: Develop and maintain talent pipelines, succession plans, and cross-functional talent discussions to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  5. Visualize and Communicate Career Paths: Develop and communicate career paths for specific roles and competencies to support employee development and growth.
  6. Train and Advise Leaders and Employees: Provide training and guidance on our talent management philosophy and processes to ensure a culture of continuous learning and development.
  7. Collaborate with Business Leaders and HR Teams: Work closely with business leaders and HR teams to align talent management strategies with business goals and our culture and values.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience in Talent Management: Proven track record of driving HR and talent management projects from concept to completion, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Experience in Implementing Business-Driven HR Strategies: Skilled in coaching and developing employees and leaders, with the ability to build trustful, cross-functional relationships.
  • Passionate about Talent Management: Strong belief in individual potential and growth, with a passion for creating a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Fluent in Spoken and Written English: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
