Som Kundservicemedarbetare på Firstline kommer du att arbeta på Bilias centrala Kundservice och ingå i ett team med mycket energi och målmedvetenhet. Vi jobbar ständigt med att leverera förstklassig service där kundens förväntningar överträffas
Du kommer vara Bilias röst utåt via telefon och en viktig första kontakt till de kunder som ringer in till oss. Du kommer även att hjälpa kunder med t.ex. bokningar såsom service, skadebesiktning och hjulskifte. Därmed kommer du ha en viktig roll för att underlätta för såväl våra kunder som vår verksamhet.

Vad vi önskar av dig:
  • Du har minst gymnasiekompetens och gärna någon form av yrkeserfarenhet från serviceyrket, där du haft daglig kontakt med kunder via telefon.
  • Du är en mycket van datoranvändare och snabb på tangentbordet.
  • Du uttrycker dig utan svårighet i svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift.
  • Du är strukturerad och ordningsam samtidigt som du trivs med ett högt arbetstempo.
  • Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid din personliga lämplighet.

Du som söker är en glad, positiv och mycket serviceinriktad person som med stort engagemang har kundernas och kollegornas bästa i ständigt fokus. Du är en utåtriktad person som är professionell och trevlig i ditt kundbemötande och har lätt för att kommunicera med alla typer av kunder.
Din arbetsmoral är hög och du tar eget ansvar för ditt arbete, en lagspelare som inte är rädd för att växla upp vid toppar

Anställningsform, omfattning, placeringsort

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid i Västerås, med inledande 6 månaders provanställning.

Schemalagd arbetstid vardagar mellan 07.00 – 18.00.

Alla ansökningar kommer att behandlas löpande vilket innebär att tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas före sista ansökningsdag.
