Your Future Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Leader to join our team in Västerås. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing customer requests, ensuring responsiveness, and developing and improving our processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of tenders related to Alstom electronics
  • Manage Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments, obsolescence checks, material availability, and critical stock reservations
  • Responsible for the site product catalogue, including pricing and financial follow-up
  • Main customer and tender interface
  • Manage customer inquiries and project orders
  • Follow up on quotations and coordinate orders and deliveries
  • Proactively work with forecasting towards customers and follow up on demands
  • Maintain positive relationships and networks with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Organize and ensure on-time delivery to customers
  • Develop and improve supply chain processes

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification or experience from a similar role
  • Analytical skills and strong Excel knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English
  • Understanding of supply chain and material planning
  • Team player with a positive attitude and experience in process improvements
  • Deliver high customer service and problem-solving skills
  • SAP knowledge
