Digital Customer Experience Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Digital Customer Experience Engineer to join our team at If Skadeförsäkring.
As a key member of our MarTech team, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing innovative solutions that drive business results.
Our goal is to create seamless and personalized customer experiences across multiple touchpoints, and we need a skilled engineer like you to help us achieve it.
With Bloomreach Engagement as our core technology platform, you'll work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing personalized customer experiences using CMS and CDP platforms
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
- Developing and maintaining APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Analyzing and optimizing customer journeys using data analytics tools

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience
