Pricing Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to optimize profitability, enhance competitiveness, and drive strategic pricing excellence across all sales channels. This will be achieved by leading and directing pricing initiatives, ensuring sustainability and profitability across markets.

As Profitability Optimizer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and align pricing strategies with business objectives.

Main Activities
  • Lead and direct pricing initiatives to ensure sustainability and profitability across markets.
  • Develop and maintain price lists for customer centers, distributors, and indent customers, considering local market dynamics.
  • Support and train Customer Centers (CCs) in pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with Epiroc's pricing model.
  • Continuously enhance pricing systems to streamline global and local operations.
  • Implement data-driven, real-time pricing strategies to respond to market shifts and optimize revenue.
  • Integrate macroeconomic intelligence into pricing decisions and ensure cost follow-up.
Requirements

You should possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. You have good project management skills and the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. You are highly adaptable, have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
