
Hospital Drug Representative

We're looking for a talented and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products in the urology sector, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Job ResponsibilitiesThe Key Account Manager will be responsible for promoting our SPC portfolio in urology, identifying key accounts, and establishing partnerships with healthcare professionals, hospital pharmacists, payors, and other stakeholders at a local level. This involves responsible and accountable sales of our products to new and established hospital accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration in Denmark.
Key Performance Indicators- GDP Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with GDP and PV requirements, national laws, ethical guidelines, and internal SOPs, and report adverse events and product complaints according to company processes.
- Account Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain account plans for designated geographical areas and execute on agreed plans.
- Business Results and Planning: Be accountable for business results in your territory, including developing and maintaining account plan templates, identifying brand and partnership opportunities, and making recommendations for local initiatives or strategies based on market access conditions.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork and Customer Engagement: Relay relevant market information to the cross-functional team, implement and drive projects to enhance customer engagement, deliver agreed launch KPIs and sales targets, and assist with business planning.
- KOL Engagement and Regional Access: Help develop and implement a KOL engagement strategy with the marketing and medical departments and support the cross-functional team in regional access needs.
- University degree
- Relevant scientific background
- Minimum 3-year experience from the pharma industry, preferably within urology, with experience in working with hospital drugs.
- Knowledge of local market access/payor experience, hospital pharmacists, and access process in the hospital setting.
- Digital omnichannel impactful customer interaction experience, including systems and personalized content.
- Excellent communication skills for impactful conversations with customers via phone, video, email, text, face-to-face.
- Project management experience focusing on customer interaction for promotional purposes.
- Microsoft Office 365 and CRM software proficiency.
- Data analysis skills.
