Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Celebrity & Influencer Specialist, you will develop and execute global strategies that align with our Brand PR strategy, goals, and main KPIs. You will also build strategies for regional execution and implementation. By managing relationships with talents, influencers, and agencies, tracking performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure activations resonate with target audiences, deliver high engagement, and reflect brand values.

→ Build and develop long-term ambassadors for H&M, nurture global relations (celebrities, influencers, stylists, etc.), lead ambassador programs, and represent the H&M Brand.

→ Create talent strategy and manage talent services for PR-led campaigns and events. Plan and lead dressing appointments, handle logistics, and ensure smooth collaboration between talent and the brand.

→ Develop and execute influencer strategies (paid and organic) for PR-led campaigns and events. Manage end-to-end influencer activation, ensuring quality content to drive strong engagement and fashion liking.

→ Develop strategies and create master lists for securing celebrity & influencer event attendance, lead negotiations and contracts, handle budget allocations, manage talent fittings, and ensure VIP accommodations and transportation are arranged. Host talent at event, secure photo opportunities, social media deliverables.

→ Coordination and logistics with samples connected to celebrity & influencer activities, global events, global gifting etc.

→ Collect and provide results on main KPIs such as reach and engagement to analyze and improve brand and PR objectives.

→ Work cross-functionally, including with influencer marketing, social media, and regional teams, to ensure cohesive campaign integration and successful activations.

→ Responsible for budget and cost management related to talent and influencer partnerships, activations, and hospitality services. Manage invoices and payments according to due dates.

→ Seek out new opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and drive innovative approaches to talent and influencer partnerships with a digital-first impact.

→ Strong understanding of PR strategies and branding goals.

→ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

→ Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

→ Strong organizational and budget management skills.

→ Innovative mindset and ability to stay updated on industry trends.

→ Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
