About the Role
- You will work close to the product team, influencing product development and managing existing customer relationships throughout the contract's life cycle.
- Accountable for delivering according to contract and SLA's, driving upselling and developing existing customers.
- Responsible for fulfilling Tietoevry bid processes and practices.
- You will be part of the Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish customer teams for Data Platforms, interacting with other Nordic colleagues and receiving training based on knowledge in different Nordic countries.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Solution sales experience, with knowledge of agile working methods.
- Experience of billing and order-to-delivery processes.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Proactive way of working.
- Able to handle multiple sales processes.
