**Job Description**

As a Senior Growth Specialist at Vntrs Consulting AB, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels. This includes leading and managing projects from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement experiments, and analyzing results to optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and more.
  • Lead and manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement experiments, analyze results, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

**Requirements**

  • At least 6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth through data-driven strategies and innovative solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
