**Job Overview:**

ENGINEERINGUK is seeking an Enterprise Support Specialist to join our team. As a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect, you will work closely with our Enterprise Support customers to deliver exceptional customer-centric services.

You will have a direct impact in helping our customers gain the most value from cloud technology by crafting and executing strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services.

This role requires a strong understanding of cloud operations and a proven track record of success in driving customer adoption and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Advise on solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer.
  2. Evaluate and ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
  3. Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
  4. Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management using your technical acumen and customer obsession.
  5. Consult with partners from developers to C-suite executives.
  6. Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
  7. Find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS with a bias for action.
  8. Provide detailed reviews of service events, monthly, and quarterly metrics, and pre-launch planning.
  9. Solve various problems across different customers as they migrate workloads to the cloud.
  10. Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops and brown bag sessions.
