Your future role
Embrace a new opportunity to leverage your expertise in change and configuration management within a pioneering environment. Collaborate with innovative and dedicated colleagues to uphold the integrity of project frameworks through effective Change & Configuration management. Your daily responsibilities will involve close cooperation with various teams across the organization (Project Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance), overseeing action plans for Change Orders, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement the configuration and change management processes in partnership with the Project Manager and Project Engineer,
- Assess Quality, Cost, and Delivery implications of project modifications,
- Develop and issue the configuration and change management strategy,
- Ensure all team members comprehend and adhere to the guidelines established in the Documentation Management Plans (DMP),
- Manage documentation requirements from clients,
- Organize and oversee project developments through structured change initiatives.
About You:
We prioritize enthusiasm and attitude over extensive experience. While we do not expect you to possess every skill, the following qualifications will enhance your success and growth in this position:
- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline,
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices,
- Understanding of documentation management systems and best practices,
- Knowledge of change & configuration processes within a project context,
- Proven adaptability in dynamic project environments,
- Strong leadership skills to drive project success,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,
- Proficiency in English and Swedish (high level).
