About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Configuration Manager to join our team at Alstom in Vasteras, Sweden. As a key member of our project team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of project structures through effective Change & Configuration management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and lead the configuration and change management process in collaboration with the Project Manager and Project Engineer.
  • Collect and analyze Quality, Cost, Delivery impacts of project changes.
  • Develop and issue the configuration and change management plan.
  • Ensure all team members understand and apply the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plans (DMP).
  • Manage documentation requirements from the Customer.
  • Organize and manage project evolutions through structured change activities.

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in project management and change management. You'll have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and experience or understanding of project management principles and practices.
