The Configuration Manager role is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in change and configuration management to take on a new challenge and apply their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead the charge in maintaining the integrity of project structures through effective Change & Configuration management. As a Configuration Manager, you'll work closely with teams across the business to issue and monitor action plans for Change Orders, and ensure all team members understand and apply the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plans (DMP).

About the Role

  • Implementing and leading the configuration and change management process in collaboration with the Project Manager and Project Engineer,
  • Collecting Quality, Cost, Delivery impacts of project changes,
  • Issuing the configuration and change management plan,
  • Ensuring all team members understand and apply the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plans (DMP),
  • Managing documentation requirements from the Customer,
  • Organizing and managing project evolutions through structured change activities

About You

We're looking for someone with a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and experience or understanding of project management principles and practices. You should also have familiarity with documentation management systems and best practices, knowledge of change & configuration processes in a project environment, and proven track record of adaptability in dynamic project settings.
