Cluster Chief Engineer, Data Center Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Chief Engineer to join our Data Center Engineering Operations team in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of maintenance, site upgrade works, and cost, personnel, or energy efficiency projects across the ARN Cluster.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies and plans across the cluster.
- Manage construction programs and coordinate with the construction team and cluster.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and life systems equipment in data centers.
- Act as an escalation point for all technical facilities-related issues within the data center region.
- Create and deploy new standard practices for Engineering Operations Technicians, Chief Engineers, and vendor support teams.
- Communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's Engineering Degree or Technical (Military/Trade School) Degree and relevant experience.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Experience in Chief Engineer or similar role for at minimum a year prior.
- Program or planning training.
- Global program experience or certification.
- Project management experience.
- 5+ years of data center experience.
- Swedish electrical compliance experience.
