Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Level Program Development Strategist to join our team in Västerås. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing work packages within the program, coordinating high-level planning, stakeholders, and resources.

About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's Degree in System Engineering or similar
  • Previous working experience in planning agile product development processes
  • Certified in Agile or Scrum Master is appreciated

You will also have experience in development of embedded software and hardware, proven experience with Linux for embedded systems, and knowledge about cyber security standards is a plus.

Your Future Role

In this role, you will lead the program development activities, manage the program baseline and its configuration items, support the Program Manager for cost and planning management, and validate material selection and procurement activities together with the Program Manager.
