Train Control and Communication Platform Program Lead

We are seeking an experienced Program Development Manager to join our team at Alstom in Västerås, Sweden.
This is a unique opportunity to take on a new challenge and apply your Program Development expertise in a cutting-edge field. As a member of the Train Control & Communication Platform team, you will be responsible for managing work packages within the program, coordinating high-level planning, stakeholders, and resources.
You will lead program development activities, including sprint planning, and support the program manager with agile methodology. Your responsibilities will include applying process, standards, methods, and tools, organizing the program development process, and leading the program development activities.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in System Engineering or similar, previous experience in planning agile product development processes, and certification in Agile or Scrum Master. Experience with Linux for embedded systems, industrial or railway safety standards, and cyber security standards is highly appreciated.
