Strategic Business Development Manager

Job DescriptionAs a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer portfolio and driving business growth. Your primary objective will be to establish strong relationships with C-level contacts and convert leads into profitable opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- You will follow up on leads generated by our business developers and external partners;
- Identify new sales prospects and fill your own pipeline through virtual meetings and networking;
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with business objectives;
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects that support business development;
- A Master's degree and at least two years of relevant experience in sales or business development;
- Excellent language skills in Swedish and English;
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills to effectively engage with C-level contacts;
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Self-motivation, learning ability, perseverance, and adaptability;
- The ability to work independently and determine your own agenda and priorities;
