I rollen som Energitekniker med Hållbarhetsexpertis kommer du att jobba nära våra driftstekniker och ledningspersoner för att säkerställa att våra fastigheter drivs på ett hållbart sätt. Detta innefattar arbete med mätvärdesinsamling och analyser, nyckeltalsanalys och rapportering, samt att bidra till vårt hållbarhetsarbete. Rollen innefattar också stora möjligheter att arbeta med moderna teknologier och system för att förbättra energieffektiviteten i våra fastigheter.

Våra huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:
- Mätvärdesinsamling och analys: Vi behöver dig för att samla in och analysera mätvärden från våra fastigheter, vilket kräver noggrannhet och analytisk förmåga.
- Nyckeltalsanalys och rapportering: Genom att rapportera in data och analysera nyckeltal hjälper du oss att förstå och förbättra vår energianvändning. Du kommer att samarbeta med olika funktioner för att ta fram relevanta nyckeltal och analyser.
- Hållbarhetsarbete: Din insats i att ta fram underlag för hållbarhetsredovisning och hantera energideklarationer och energikartläggningar är avgörande för att nå våra hållbarhetsmål.

Dina dagliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att innefatta:
- Månadsvis insamling och kvalitetskontroll av mätvärden i Vitec Energi (fjärrvärme, vatten, el, solceller, laddinfrastruktur).
- Effektivisering av insamlingsprocesser för data, inklusive automatisering via API.
- Stöd till Driftstekniker med analys och felsökning, där din Excel-kompetens kommer att vara ovärderlig.
- Stöd till hållbarhets- och energichefer med analys och beslutsunderlag.
- Uppföljning och analys av nyckeltal på byggnadsnivå enligt uppsatta mål.
- Vara kontaktperson mot vissa Energi- och VA-bolag.
- Medverka i marknadsaktiviteter och bidra till företagets övergripande mål.

Vad vi söker i dig:
- En högskoleutbildning eller annan eftergymnasial utbildning inom området, exempelvis YH-utbildning som Energispecialist.
- Kompletterande utbildning inom driftoptimering, energieffektivisering, Excel eller fastighetssystem.
- 3–5 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet.
- Kunskaper om installationer i fastigheter är meriterande.
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta med digitala verktyg och tjänster samt god förmåga att följa med och delta i den digitala utvecklingen.
- B-körkort.
- Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift (andra språkkunskaper är meriterande).
