This Operational Excellence Project Manager role is a key position that drives efficiency and process improvements across the organization. As a broad role with both project management and operational responsibilities, it's ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About the Position

In this role, you'll lead and manage efficiency projects, including process implementation, system optimization, and organizational improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with departments such as Product, Sales, Customer Success, Advisory, and the Partner team to enhance workflows, identify key challenges, and leverage employee and customer insights to drive change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute process improvement strategies, ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify and implement enhancements in workflows, leveraging insights from employee and customer surveys, team interviews, and other data sources.
  • Identify, prioritize, and address key challenges, focusing on continuous improvement and business growth.
  • Ensure seamless information sharing between internal teams and external collaboration partners.
Requirements

We seek an experienced project leader with strong communication skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders across departments. A foundational technical understanding and experience in B2B SaaS are desirable.

Qualifications and Experience
  • A post-secondary degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering and Management, business, economics, or similar disciplines.
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting or project management, ideally with a focus on process and system implementation.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A solid understanding of systems, processes, and business needs.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.
Your Work Setting

You'll be based in Stockholm or Malmö, working from the office at least three days a week, while having the flexibility to work remotely when it suits you.
