Executive Development Lead

At Ericsson GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative leadership development frameworks and solutions that drive business growth and transformation.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of leadership practice at all levels, including how to shape mindsets and behavior, as well as build strategic business acumen. They will also possess strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to consult and influence across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve leadership expectations and approach from first-line to senior executives, reflecting Ericsson's culture and ambitions.
- Design and implement end-to-end leadership development programs, including development programs, coaching, assessments, and experiences.
- Work closely with our succession planning team to advise on, define, and design interventions that help future leaders and executives prepare for critical roles.
- Own and ensure alignment of coaching approach and provision with end-to-end leadership development strategy.
